Word Of The Day

Psalm‬ ‭113:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

[6]Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!

I think that when one stops a second to consider that there is not just one, but thousands and thousands of different variations of flowers and colors, it’s overwhelming. When you think of the sky and it’s vastness. It’s a painting ever changing right before your eyes. God is the creator of the screen saver, not Microsoft. The Lord said to me one day “how would I describe to a child who I am?” I said I don’t know. He said “ He is like the the sky - no beginning no end.” Like the wind we feel on our face is the ever presence of Him. It’s time for you to consider God is a mighty God and with that comes understanding. Knowing your purpose as to why you were created will allow you to see the manifestation of God’s power. Restoration, newness of life and reconstruction of life are the benefits that come with knowing Christ. Yes, it’s real!

Today we read: Jeremiah 43-45, Psalm 91

Genesis‬ ‭4:2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

[2]And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.

What God has placed and permitted you to do in life people should know you not just by vocation, but that you’re a man or woman of God. You should be referred to by the doctor that saves people in the name of Jesus. You’re a Christian doctor who saves and heals people. If you’re a supermarket owner you should be known as a Christian that speaks of Christ’s power and happens to be a supermarket owner. I think it’s important we examine ourselves and see how the world views us. That we can say to people come and follow me as I follow Jesus. This is where we need to love Jesus so much for the sake of what He did for us on the cross, the value of what is life. Be a living testament, a living book, that people can come and read and begin to see wonderful manifestations of God. Let’s begin today to make sure we are a living testament.

Today we read: Jeremiah 34-36, Psalm 91

1 Thessalonians 4:1 AMP

[1]Finally, believers, we ask and admonish you in the Lord Jesus, that you follow the instruction that you received from us about how you ought to walk and please God (just as you are actually doing) and that you excel even more and more [pursuing a life of purpose and living in a way that expresses gratitude to God for your salvation].

A daily walk with Jesus is simply amazing. It teaches us to see things correctly in the light of Christ, and be able to discern what is good. We need new perspective, new eyesight, new mindset and to see God’s way. We need to admonish ourselves to seek His way, which is the way of peace. Do not allow yourself to be deceived by your heart or what you see. The heart can be wickedly evil. The scripture is a lamp for our path so that we won’t stumble. It is our guide, our bread , our light, our water and what sustains us. All paths are clear when you walk daily with Jesus.
