Word of the Day

“So Pharaoh commanded his men concerning him; and they escorted him on his way, with his wife and all that he had.”

‭‭GENESIS‬ ‭12:20‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Yesterday, the Bishop specifically spoke about Abraham giving Sarah up twice because he wanted to save his own skin yet God still blessed them. I am amazed that God would give us this scripture this morning. Obviously God wants us to understand that no matter what situation we may be in, He is always with us. Sarah was highly disappointed, scared and lonely but she remained faithful to her husband and to God. Sometimes situations in life may hurt, be overwhelming and not feel so good but with God we can overcome it all. He can burn away the darkness. Jesus turns your sadness to joy, a rough time to easy going, and sickness to healing. God is greater than even Pharaoh himself. He will forever and always be with us.
