Psalms 24:4-5
“He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessing from the LORD, And righteousness from the God of his salvation.”
Verse 4 leaves you in a state of mind - “How can I ever measure up to that perfection?” We can’t, but with Jesus, the precious lamb of God, we can!
When the Father sets his eyes on us, all He sees is the blood of His innocent son that covers us. That is the purpose of the cross, it is to give us access to the Father and now all good doors are open to you!
