Word Of The Day

Ruth 2:2 KJV

[2]And Ruth the Moabitess said unto Naomi, Let me now go to the field, and glean ears of corn after him in whose sight I shall find grace. And she said unto her, Go, my daughter.

We’re looking for Grace. Where do you find it? Ruth found it in the field. The field today is the world. When you put God’s agenda first by going to where He is to save his children, you find grace. God gives us instructions. Go get your 12, go save the world. Wisdom stands at the door and knocks. Grace is waiting in the field. When the men of Benjamin sinned, and they didn’t have women for wives, they went to get the women of Shiloh. That was their field. Grace is there. Jesus wants to bless His people.

Word Of The Day

Isaiah 53:2 KJV

[2]For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.

We are speaking of the King of Kings and His appearance is of a simple and gentle man. God Almighty, and before the cross he just looks human. A celestial being that has power beyond what we can imagine, and He looks and acts like a lamb being led to the slaughter. Why? He was made sad so we could be happy, he was made poor so we could be rich. The only posture one should take is to be grateful and say thank you. Show Him gratitude by putting it into action, saving a soul. One day we will see Him face to face and and be able to fully understand the magnitude of His ultimate sacrifice.

Word of the Day

Luke 5:1 KJV

[1]And it came to pass, that, as the people pressed upon him to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Gennesaret,

He was by the lake, by the waters. A month ago I saw trees lining a riverbed. They had all the nutrients and water their roots needed because they were planted by the water. Jesus knows people need the word of God because that’s their life source. If we are pressing to hear the word of God, we will be like the trees planted be the water. Don’t be moved, don’t be offended. Be focused on God’s agenda and He will be focused on you.

Word Of The Day

Luke 5:11 KJV

[11]And when they had brought their ships to land, they forsook all, and followed him.

Obviously these people understood something so incredible they left all to follow Jesus. It’s amazing to see how God moves in one’s heart. They were professional fishermen, that was their livelihood. Their new agenda became God and following him. Joab, King David’s right hand man, got distracted by his own agenda which once was the kingdom. It cost him his care, and ultimately his life. Our agenda can only be God. It is time to do the work of the Lord. Let’s make sure our agenda is where it’s supposed to be so that God’s plan in your life runs free to bless you.

Word Of The Day

Judges 6:16 KJV

[16]And the Lord said unto him, Surely I will be with thee, and thou shalt smite the Midianites as one man.

Is there anything bigger or more powerful than God? With His eyes closed, He can create and make anything new. Nothing on this earth or outside of this world is too big, powerful or overwhelming for Him. He knows all things, knows how to handle any situation, closes bad doors and opens good ones. He suspends the earth perfectly, were it to move one centimeter we would either burn or freeze. Today, place yourself in the hands of Jesus; He’s got this. Simply believe. Our job is to connect with God, speak to Him face to face, make your petitions known, and He will answer.

2 Corinthians 8:9 KJV

[9]For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

We have an amazing God that not only says what He will do, but in fact He did it. “It’s for your sakes He became poor.” Reading the word of God allows one to see His desire for you to prosper. Jesus made some bold statements referencing success. He said we can have healing, success in every area of our life, if you would follow Him. There’s no missing it with Jesus, we just have to believe.
