Word Of The Day

Isaiah 33:5-6 (GNT)

[5]How great the Lord is! He rules over everything. He will fill Jerusalem with justice and integrity
[6]and give stability to the nation. He always protects his people and gives them wisdom and knowledge. Their greatest treasure is their reverence for the Lord.

I like that it says that the greatest treasure is the fear of the Lord; to have respect, reverence, acknowledgment, and understanding that there is a God. Unfortunately in this world, they have no respect for God. They just don’t, and it’s really scary because in this particular chapter it talks about that. How when a nation goes wayward and has no respect for God and His reverence, He gets a bit upset. Let’s call on Him, pray in unity, know and have faith to believe to move the hand of God to have mercy. For Him to not take His hand away from this nation, but keep His hand upon it. So that as a church, we can see the coming of the Lord and not be moved. Let us remember that the gates of hell will not prevail against His church. This is where the power of God is, we believe God and have a great respect for who He is.

1 Corinthians 1:5 (AMP)

[5]so that in everything you were [exceedingly] enriched in Him, in all speech [empowered by the spiritual gifts] and in all knowledge [with insight into the faith].

When others can see what God has done in you, evidence of the creative being, you’re glorifying God in your life. The world will see your knowledge, understanding, peace, signs miracles, wonders, and then want to know Him. Wellness and wholeness comes when one’s life can testify of Christ alive in them. It is a witness, testifying as to what you were before and who you are now. Get others saved out of your gratitude.

Luke 3:4 KJV

[4]As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.

Every person was made to communicate, but communicate what? The Bible says we were made in the image of God, and the very first thing God did was that He spoke creation into existence. One of our responsibilities is to tell others that God does exist. This world needs an awareness of Jesus. Preaching the gospel is what will change this world. That is why John the baptist proclaimed Christ because he knew He was the answer to human suffering. Have compassion and get people to know the Lord.

Romans 15:13 KJV

[13]Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Having faith and believing that with God all things are possible, will give you peace and joy. It gives you a supernatural hope. It gives inspiration to propel yourself forward with God. Believe God with everything you have, and be in unity. The hope of glory is inside of you. You can overcome any obstacle in life. Declare and confess your destiny with God. You have the Almighty on your side already. God makes all things in your favor. Just believe, that small key opens all sizes of doors.

Mark 9:23 KJV

[23]Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

A key is but a small mechanism to open the biggest doors. That is how faith works. Jesus said if you have faith as a mustard seed, you can move mountains. It is the key to open the doors to so many possibilities. A key can open from the smallest to the biggest doors. Faith can change the most difficult to the simplest things of life. I remember being locked out of my home one day and thinking all I need is my small little key to get back in. Stress was turned into overwhelming happiness when my son opened the door. Faith relieves, heals and gives success and turns your sadness into joy. Thank God for answering your prayers.

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭40:9‬ ‭AMP‬‬

[9]“I have proclaimed good news of righteousness [and the joy that comes from obedience to You] in the great assembly; Behold, I will not restrain my lips [from proclaiming Your righteousness], As You know, O Lord.”

Today we read: Proverbs 21-23, Psalm 91

Word Of The Day

James 2:23 KJV

[23]And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

It’s amazing that God Himself would call mankind a friend. That is evidence that faith is a powerful tool. It is the mechanism that turns the power of God into a reality. Faith is like a seed, even a tiny seed, it is powerful enough to turn it into a huge forest. Today, be a friend of God. Abraham chose to believe contrary to what he felt and saw. Begin a life of adventure with a heavenly friend. Plant your seed that will forever keep growing and will bring you your heart’s desires. God gave us the forever seed.
